1. The Problem statement we had!!

Having an organization requires a certain amount of sales.

Our problem was to grow BHRT Training course sales.

They were selling premium courses, but they were failing to gain sales revenue every month.

If we see stats, they were achieving $10,000 average sales from the past three months. This was not even a considerable amount of sales for an organization.

2. What was our Aim?

Our objective was pretty straight forward to increase course sales and grow their business.

3. How did we begin?

We checked the existing process to convert users into sales and found out, three steps funnel to the sale course.

1. Lead magnet – where we are getting emails, names, and showing benefits of downloading E-Book guide.

2. Email Marketing – Doing an email marketing campaign and asking them to schedule a call.

3. Schedule a call – Sharing a check-out page link after completing a call to buy the course.

Based on the above information we decide to improve the FB ads campaign and landing pages.

4. How we optimized Facebook Ads Campaign?

We created a new ad copy to optimize the Facebook ads campaign.

To optimize Audience, we did last month lead data audit and generalized into good & bad category audience.

We had created a new custom audience for both good & bad category audiences.

#1. Good Lookalike audience:

  • Created a custom audience by imported good leads data where we got sales in the previous month.
  • We created a good lookalike audience based on a new custom audience for targeting in the ads campaign.

#2. Bad Lookalike audience:

  • Created a custom audience by imported bad leads data where we had not got sales in the previous month.
  • Based on the above custom audience we created a lookalike audience for excluding in ads campaign.

To improve CTR, we had made new ads primary text, description & headline that match with our video & images.

We did A/B Testing on Ads copy to see which one is working well, and based on that; we created a new campaign to reduce lead cost.

How we tweaked the landing page?

For the Optimizing landing page, we had changed the funnel process.

#1. What they had with previous landing page?

  • They had a traditional lead magnet page for collecting customers’ names and emails.
  • At this point, users were escaping.
  • Users were expected to read provided E-Book and call.
  • Sending mails to already registered users by mail id.
  • Their process was increasing the email list only, but their actual revenue gaining factor was missing.

So, we had brought a significant change to the landing page.

#2. What we improved!!

  • We created a new landing page.
  • We introduced a free 30 min video session instead of downloading guide.
  • That helped get a scheduling call directly.

This is how; we optimized the funnel and landing page.

  • CTA improvement.
  • Created a new video with better content.
  • Used proper images which fit better.
  • Testimonials or Review Added.
  • Trust factor added – we added video testimonials.
  • ‘Same page’ schedule a call feature.

After summing up the above approach, you can see the major and practical difference we brought to the chain.

6. How regular campaign monitoring helped?

We were watching the campaign in depth. Here, we discovered few points.

  • Analyzed CPR (Cost per Result).
  • Included & excluded lookalike Audience.
  • Deleted bad Ads sets or campaigns that are non-performing.
  • Fixed Fatigue Ads issue.
  • Made new Ads to improve CTR.
  • Campaign budget distribution.
  • Duplicate campaign or ads sets for making a new campaign.
  • Saw breakdown reports with different options

7. What’s before and after?

Though our client had everything in place, their course BHRT TRAINING module was also superior in quality, but they had some gaps in their prospects customer and course.

Here are some of the major points of amendments:

  • Landing page funnel improvements.
  • Targeted Right audiences.
  • Excluded wrong or bad audience from campaigns.
  • Campaigns A/B Testing.
  • Made Ads Creative that suits better.

8. What we achieved?

Being focused on our problem statement, we implemented our strategies and approaches in a certain way.

As a result, we ended up achieving huge revenue of ~ $60,000 while spending $7,130.

As depicted, we got around 5000 visitors and 484 goal conversions. The conversion ratio is about 9.2 %.
