Roles and Responsibility:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and industry research.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and strategies tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
• Represent GloryWebs at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote the company.

Skill Requirement:

• Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or in a similar role (3+ years).
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and client management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and achieve goals.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
