Roles and Responsibility:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and client relationships.
  • Build and manage a high-performing business development team.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Foster long-term client relationships through continuous engagement and support.
  • Prepare and present business proposals to potential clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, etc.) to align business goals and strategies.
  • Monitor and report on business performance, setting targets and KPIs for growth.

Skill Requirement:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of market dynamics, client acquisition, and sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute growth strategies.
  • Experience in managing and leading teams.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and apply insights to business strategy.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

Qualification: B.Tech/B.E/MCA/MBA


Office Timings: 10.00 AM to 7.00 PM
