Roles and Responsibility:

• Lead the UI/UX design process from concept to completion for web and mobile applications.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and user needs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to communicate design ideas.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented correctly and meet design standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

Skill Requirement:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
• Experience leading a team of designers and developers.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
